Appointments

All surgery and clinic appointments are by an appointment-only system.  Appointments can be booked by telephoning the surgery, visiting the surgery in person, online by using Patient Access, via myGP app or consult with our GP’s online using eConsult.  We offer face to face consultations, video consultations and telephone consultations.

If you would like a chaperone present during your consultation, please speak to the clinician.

Please attend your appointment on time. If you are late you may not be seen and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

If you no longer require your appointment it is important that you inform the reception staff. This will allow the appointment to be offered to another patient.

Online Consults

You can consult with our GPs online by using our online consultation form here.  It is great for giving you the right advice about your health concerns.  When you require non-urgent medical advice please use the eConsulteConsult takes you to an online form, where you fill out your symptoms.

It might advise you to check out some self-care information which will help you with many conditions.  At the end of the process, you should submit the form and you will be contacted by the practice.

The initial form is quick and easy to complete, and great for people who  are busy with other priorities.  If you have access to the internet, then this is the best way of getting the right medical advice from your GP, at the night time.
