The NHS provides most health care free of charge. However there are a number of other services for which fees can be charged. These are mainly for services not covered by the NHS, such as when insurance companies request medical reports.
Depending on the work requested, you may be required to attend an appointment. Due to the range and nature of the requests we receive we may only be able to advise you of this once we are in receipt of the form. We ask that you drop your paperwork off at the surgery and should you require an appointment a member of our admin team will contact you accordingly. Please ensure you provide us with your up-to-date contact details to avoid any delays. Please allow sufficient time when making requests as NHS is our priority.
Please note that all non NHS work is chargeable and prepayment is required. We are not able to waive or reduce our fees.
